Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist 136668

Registered Art Therapist 22-422

  • I honor the therapeutic relationship deeply and offer a warm, trusting, and nurturing environment to my clients. My job is to enter your world, understand what your experiences have been like, what they have felt like, and how they have shaped who you are and how you feel about yourself.

Through this understanding, I support you in cultivating self-compassion, trust in your intuition, and meaningful change. I will provide you support in identifying the false beliefs you may have about who you are and what you are capable of.

By building trust in your authentic-self, we will work to change old, unhelpful patterns of thinking and relating. We will re-write the rigid, debilitating stories about who you are into truthful testaments of radical self-acceptance.

Finding the right therapist for you truly matters.

I hope to be the right fit for you.

MY APPROACH

  • Psychodynamic & depth-oriented

Therapy consists of gaining insight into underlying issues, noticing themes, and gaining more awareness about yourself, your emotions, and your experiences.

  • Humanistic & Relational

Therapy consists of using the therapeutic relationship to help you feel deeply connected to and seen in how your life experiences are understood and felt.

  • ART THERAPY (optional)

Therapy consists of integrating art practices into talk therapy to cultivate self-awareness, strengthen identity, foster self-esteem, and improve emotional resiliency.

And hey, no art experience needed!
