work with me

I am currently providing telehealth video sessions to California residents only.

I primarily work with adult individuals in a one-on-one setting using talk therapy, art therapy, or an integrative approach using both.

I have experience treating:

Depression and Anxiety spectrums

Self-Esteem & Self-Criticism Issues

Stress/Overwhelm/Burnout

Perfectionism/Imposter Syndrome

Life Transitions

Identity & Relational Issues

Adjustment Disorder

Attachment Trauma

I primarily utilize these theoretical orientations & approaches:

Psychodynamic and Depth-Oriented

Humanistic and Relational Practices

Attachment Theory

Art Therapy

Trauma-Informed

Culturally-Sensitive

Additionally:

I believe that therapy must take into account the structures and constructs we live in, and the ways in which generations-worth of societal messages continue to have an impact on how we feel about ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we exist within this world. An essential part of therapy will be in witnessing the many ways we may have absorbed these beliefs and break those down in an effort to reconstruct beliefs about self, others, and your place in this world.

Good Faith Estimate:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
