Anxiety

aNXIETY Can look and feel like many things

Living with anxiety can feel like a chronic, day-to-day challenge. Anxiety can especially make life transitions or changes that much harder. It can feel like it has complete control over how we interact with ourselves, with others, and in the things we engage in. It can feel like helplessness, difficulty tolerating uncertainty, difficulty making decisions, immediate panic, lacking a belief in self, and so much more. I want you to know I see you, and I know how challenging it can be when we feel frozen by the effects of anxiety.

Anxiety is also really good at teaming up with our inner self-critic, and we often end up believing what these two say, especially about ourselves. A major part of you and I working together involves noticing when anxiety takes over our sense of self and working our way towards reclaiming your inner-voice. This can be done through strengthening your relationship to your authentic-self and learning how to maintain a distance between this true-self and the anxiety.
